All our products are hand-blended and made in Hong Kong. As to ensure the quality of our products and keep our quality under control, we have set up our own production factory and R&D laboratory in Hong Kong. All ingredients are sourced globally with finest quality to provide you the best sensory enjoyment.
To ensure our products are safe to use on human, we sent our formulas to IFRA for testing and applied an IFRA certificate for all our products. By following IFRA standard, the proportion of different ingredients we added into the formula are confirmed as safe to human and do not exceed the dosage limitation. Our fragranced products are made from different natural ingredient and high-grade synthetics components. As to ensure the stability of product performance in accord with the IFRA standard, we prefer not using “pure natural substance” which are not monitored and tested by any authorities or worldwide. We dedicate to provide you a delightful sensory experience while keeping you and your family safe.
Yes of course. All our products have IFRA certificates which are proved to be safe for pets, pregnant women, kids and elder people. Our products do not contain common allergic substances and do not irritate or impact any diseases according to our customers’ report. However, if you have serious allergic problem or respiratory disease, we recommend you to check with your doctor before you use it and reduce the concentration.
The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) is an official self-regulatory representative body of the fragrance industry worldwide based in Geneva, Switzerland. It is established to ensure the safety use of fragrance materials through a dedicated science program. IFRA publishes a list of usage standards for fragrance materials, limiting or prohibiting the use of ingredients, based on the findings of the Research Institute of Fragrance Materials, which gathers data regarding the safety of fragrance materials. All European fragrance blending companies, scent producing companies and international perfume brand are following IFRA standard to ensure the safeness of their products.
Our Reed Diffuser, Fragrance Oil and Soy Wax Candle do not contain any alcohol in order to optimize its performance. For Aqua Perfume, since alcohol is the main ingredient in perfume to diffuse the fragrance, it is commonly used in all international fragrance brands. However, the alcohol we used is highly purified, cosmetic grade ethanol, made from sugarcane and cassava from Malaysia and Pakistan, which is safe to most of people and will not cause allergy. However, if you have religious belief or have special medical conditions on using alcohol, you may ask us about Distilled Water Perfume at service@lisasara.com .
According to our customers’ feedback, none of our products have caused any allergy. All our products are having IFRA certificate which are proved to be safe for pets, pregnant women, kids and elder people. Our products do not contain common allergic substances. We highly recommend that you do not use the Fragrance oil on skin. Since the Fragrance oil is purposely for diffusing scent and not supposed to use on skin, its formula is different from our Massage oil and Facial oil and may cause allergy if you wrongly use it on skin.
We do sell EDP and Parfum but its not available on Online shop. If you want us to make you a EDP and Parfum, please contact us at service@lisasara.com .
For the Diffuser machine, we will provide 1-year Warranty for any machinery defects. The Warranty can be extended.

We do not test our products on animal unless it is required by law.

As long as they are not opened and avoided from sunlight, our products should be in good condition within 3 years. Once they are opened, we recommend you to keep them well from sunlight and use them within 2 years.
